"Are you bored with life?

Then throw yourself into some work you believe in with all your heart, live for it, die for it, and you will find happiness that you had thought could never be yours."

Dale Carnegie

God Talking

"For the spiritual being, intuition is far more than a hunch. It is viewed as guidance or as God Talking, and this inner insight is never taken lightly or ignored."

The Intellect

"The intellect has little to do on the road to discovery. There comes a leap in consciousness, call it intuition or what you will, and the solution comes to you, and you don't know how or why."

Albert Einstein

Perseverance – Believe in Yourself!

Perseverance – Believe in Yourself!

Imagine something so big, so overwhelming it makes you feel like you are in the bottom of a hole looking up with no way out.

You notice that your efforts at climbing out only break away the dirt from the walls leaving you feeling hopeless & trapped.

What you failed to notice is that your continued perseverance and belief in yourself has caused you not to give up, and all the dirt that you have pulled from the walls has actually fallen to your feet – actually lifting you higher and higher, eventually out of the hole.

Believe in Yourself!

SUCCESS

" I Learned this, at least, by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."

Stimulus Package lets FHA raise loan limits

Stimulus Package lets FHA raise loan limits.

More Oregonians could be eligible this year to purchase or refinance a home using an FHA- insured mortgage, thanks to the economic growth package signed into law by President Bush in February.

The Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 has allowed HUD’s Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to temporarily increase loan limits and insure larger mortgages at a more affordable price. The higher loan limits became effective March 5; however, they expire at the end of 2008.

In the Portland metro area, the FHA limit for a single-family home is now $418,750, which is $113,800 and more thank 37 percent higher than the previous limit. With 3 percent down, the estimated maximum home purchase price for Portland/Vancouver is $431,701.

The median increase for Oregon counties was 37 percent. The limit was increased to more than $400,000 in seven counties: Deschutes, Jackson, Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, Washington, and Yamhill. Vancouver, WA loan limit was also increased to $ 418,750

FHA - JUST INCREASED THE LOAN LIMITS FOR OREGON

FHA - JUST INCREASED THE LOAN LIMITS FOR OREGON

The new FHA loan limit for Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas counties has been increased to 418,750 from the previous limit of 304,950.

This is excellent news for both people wanting to purchase or refinance. Now you can refinance and also pull more cash out of your property to pay off debt with an FHA loan. Previously you may not have been able to refinance because your loan balance may have been above the previous maximum FHA loan amount, and now you can.

Call me and I will help you get your refinance started, and or get you pre-approved to buy a home.
