Fellow investor friends, it is an excellent time to look for and purchase investment properties. A lot of investors are picking up properties at great deals, then they are holding them until property values rise. The buy & hold strategy.

Investment classes are an excellent way to get outlined if you are new to real estate investing, or have been away from it for a long time. I have been conducting investment classes both publicly and in private settings for my customers for the past five years. There is no charge for these classes - just give me a call & lets schedule a time.

Note: Rates have been dropping lately, which makes it a good time to refinance. Debt consolidation, new car, or even use as down payment on investment properties.
